Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule, please do so prior to appointment by logging into your profile dashboard on the website (mediummissy.com) and under "bookings" you can edit your appointment. For virtual appointments, your link will be available upon booking via email. -Disclaimer: After 15 minutes, appointment will be considered a no-show, and is not eligible to reschedule of there has been no communication up to appointment date/time. No Shows will not be rescheduled. There are no refunds under any circumstances.
